Creating New From Old

In converting this 3,000 square foot warehouse, Fahey created a cozy and comfortable Tribeca loft that feels as rustic as it does contemporary, with distinct industrial undertones running throughout the home.

Worn ceiling rafters, exposed structural beams, pipes and brick walls all provide a warm, earthy backdrop drop for an eclectic interior. By up lighting the brick surfaces, the inherent issue of minimal natural light is cleverly addressed.
